PAST DISTRICT GOVERNOR DR. STEVE WATKINS DTM RECEIVES TOASTMASTERS' PRESIDENTIAL CITATION At the International Convention Hall of Fame Ceremonies in Atlanta, Dr. Steve Watkins DTM, Past District 8 Governor, received a Presidential Citation from International President Gavin Blakey, DTM. The citation recognizes Steve's service to the organization through his recruitment of over 200 new members and his guidance and support of the student Toastmasters club at the University of Missouri Rolla. Steve was unable to attend the ceremony and the plaque was accepted by Immediate Past District Governor Omer Roberts DTM, who nominated Steve for the award. Omer presented the plaque to Steve at a meeting of the UMR Toastmasters in Rolla August 28..
